Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup margarine
- 2⁄3 cup sugar, plus some for rolling
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rum flavoring
- 2 cups flour
Directions
- Combine cream cheese, margarine, 2/3 cup sugar and rum flavoring, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Chill several hours or overnight.
- Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
- Bake at 350, 12 minutes.
