Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup flour (3 3/4 oz)
- 1⁄2 cup cake flour (2 oz)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 1⁄3 cups sugar (9 1/3 oz)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Whisk flour through salt.
- Cream butter and 1 cup of the sugar for 3-5 minutes.
- Add egg, then add vanilla. Beat 30-60 seconds.
- Add flour.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls (if difficult, place dough in the fridge for a few minutes).
- Roll balls in the remaining sugar.
- Bake 9-11 minutes.
