Sugar-Coated Pecans

I would assume you could use this recipe for almonds too.

Yields: 2 cups

  1. In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy.
  2. Add pecans and toss until well coated.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300'F for 30 minutes or until browned.
  4. Cool on waxed paper.
