Sue's Waikiki Meatballs

This is my mom's recipe, and it's one of my favorites. I like to make rice with these meatballs, and I love to pour the sauce over top my rice. Yummy! Show more

Directions

  1. Mix together first 8 ingredients.
  2. Roll into meatballs, brown, and put aside.
  3. Mix cornstarch and brown sugar in bowl.
  4. Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar, and soya sauce until smooth.
  5. Pour into electric skillet.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thickens.
  7. Add meatballs and pineapple tidbits.
  8. Cook at 325F for 45 minutes.
