Sue's Hash Brown Casserole

Another hashbrown casserole recipe. My co-worker makes this and its a big hit at the potlucks.

Serves: 8-14

Ingredients

  • 32  ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 8  ounces sour cream
  • 10 34 ounces  cream of mushroom soup
  • 4  ounces  Ritz crackers (or 1 roll)
  • 2  cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8  ounces  French onion dip
  • 12 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Thaw hash browns & mix well with cheese, sour cream, onion dip & mushroom soup. Spread evenly in 9" x 13" pan.
  3. Crush crackers & mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
  4. Bake 30 minutes, or until done.
