Succulent BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 6 lbs fresh pork side ribs
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1⁄2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup catsup
- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 cup drained sweet pickle relish
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ribs in a heavy kettle. Transfer to large baking pan.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
