Succotash With Mushrooms and Romano

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen lima beans
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen white corn
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon butter
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
Directions
- Heat a large skillet and saute bacon pieces until browned.
- Add lima beans and cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
- Add corn and cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
- Add garlic powder, mushrooms, celery salt, and butter.
- Cook, stirring, until butter is melted and mushrooms are browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add mik, paprika and romano cheese.
- Cook, stirring, until mixture is thickened and heated through.
