Sublime Chili by Skin

An absolutely delicious Canada Chili, created by myself. First time I've ever wrote down one of my recipes or posted it. I've made it a few time times now for large groups (Perfect for a Superbowl party), and it's been a hit every time. Please be sure to share your thoughts Show more

Directions

  1. Brown Ground beef and Double smoked sausage in a skillet, Drain and rinse with water.
  2. Prepare Peppers, Mushrooms and Onions
  3. Place all sauces into Stockpot (large enough for all ingredients), allow to simmer
  4. Add vegetables, beef and sausage
  5. Add all spices.
  6. stir regularly until full simmer.
  7. Mix in wine and beer.
  8. Cover and simmer for 4-6 hours (minimum).
  9. Continue to stir every 30 minutes or so.
  10. ready to serve.
  11. serve with grated cheese for topping, and garlic bread for dipping.
  12. Enjoy.
