Stupidly Simple Banana Cream Pie

This is another extremely fast recipe that can be made in quantity for large events.

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat mashed bananas with cream cheese. Add 8 oz of the cool whip.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup of mixture into each pie crust. Place 1/2 of the banana slices on top of the mixture in each crust.
  3. Divide the rest of the banana mixture between the two pies. Top each with the reserved cool whip.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
