Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
Directions
- Preheat oven 350°.
- Place stuffing, onion soup mix and warm water in a bowl. Mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow bread time to absorb water.
- Add eggs and ground beef. Mix well with hands.
- Place evenly into pan or muffin tins.
- Bake 1 hour or until no longer pink inside.
- Remove and allow to rest 5 minutes before cutting into.
