Stuffed Strawberries

Strawberries stuffed with cheesecake and garnished with graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

• 1  lb  large strawberry
• 8  ounces cream cheese, softened
• 4  tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 (10 ounce) box graham cracker crumbs

Directions

1. Prep strawberries by rinsing and hulling with a paring knife.
2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
3. Put mixture in ziplock bag then snip corner.
4. Fill strawberries then dip too of berries in breadcrumbs.
