Stuffed Round Steak

Ingredients
- 2 round steaks, depending on family size (or more)
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) can drained spinach
- two slices of bacon depending on quantity steak (or more)
- 7 ounces of pre prepared basil pesto
Directions
- set steaks out to dry cut steaks in preparation for stuffing approx 1 hour.
- mix drained spinach and goat cheese.
- stuff steaks with goat cheese, spinach stuffing.
- wrap steaks in bacon and close with tooth pick.
- sear on each side.
- baste with pesto sauce and put in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes ( depending on thickness ).
