Ingredients

  • 2  round steaks, depending on family size (or more)
  • 4  ounces  crumbled  goat cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) can  drained spinach
  •  two slices of bacon depending on quantity  steak (or more)
  • 7  ounces  of pre prepared basil pesto

Directions

  1. set steaks out to dry cut steaks in preparation for stuffing approx 1 hour.
  2. mix drained spinach and goat cheese.
  3. stuff steaks with goat cheese, spinach stuffing.
  4. wrap steaks in bacon and close with tooth pick.
  5. sear on each side.
  6. baste with pesto sauce and put in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes ( depending on thickness ).
