Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- cheddar cheese, grated
- paprika
Directions
- Bake potatoes at 375 for 1 hour. Let cool. Combine pulp and next 6 ingredients. Mash until light and fluffy. Put in shells. Place on an ungreasted baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 minutes.
