Stuffed Mushrooms

Yields: 24 mushrooms
Ingredients
- 24 mushrooms, stems removed (1 16oz. pkg)
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 green onions, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup feta or 1 cup blue cheese
- 1 cup mushroom stems, finely chopped
Directions
- Cut stems from mushrooms and chop enough for 1 cup. Melt butter on med. heat then add onions, garlic and mushroom stems. Cook until tender then add bread crumbs and cheese. Stuff mushroom caps and BAKE @ 375 for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
