Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon fresh finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup grated salami
- 1⁄4 cup smoked processed cheese
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- soft breadcrumbs
Directions
- Hollow out and chop enough of the mushroom stems to get 3 TBSP, cook stems with 1 TBSP finely chopped onions and olive oil, stir in grated salami, cheese and catsup. Stuff into mushroom crowns, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake @ 425 for 6-8 minutes. Serve hot.
