Stuffed French Toast

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread, cubed (Italian loaf, works best if bread is not fresh)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 8 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 1⁄3 cups milk or 1 1⁄3 cups cream
Directions
- Mix eggs, honey and milk, set aside.
- In 9” x 13” greased pan evenly layout out bread.
- Pour egg mixture over bread.
- Chunk up cream cheese and put on top.
- Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle light layer of sugar and cinnamon on after baking.
- Serve with butter and syrup.
