Stuffed Fillet of Sole

Ingredients
- 6 sole fillets, thawed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package small frozen shrimp
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 (10 ounce) cans mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup white wine
Directions
- Melt butter. Chop onion.
- Combine and cook shrimp, mushrooms, onion and parsley on low heat.
- Spread mixture on fillets. Roll and secure with toothpicks, Place in casserole dish and cover with sauce of remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 400F for 40 minutes.
