Stuffed Chicken Wings Singapore Style

  1. Brake joints of chicken wings.
  2. Separate meat from bone using scissors then pull out bone.
  3. Blend marinade ingredients in a vat, and marinate chicken overnight.
  4. Soak dried shittake mushrooms in water until soft. About 1/2 hours.
  5. Remove hard stick of mushroom, and chop roughly.
  6. Chop shrimp roughly.
  7. Mix minced chicken, mushroom, shrimp, soy sauce sesame oil.
  8. Stuff deboned wing tips with minced chicken mixture.
  9. Broil at 350, for 25 mins., and serve.
