Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is a very easy and quick recipe. The peppers flavor the soup and hamburger.

  1. Pour the can of soup and 1 can of water into a saucepan.
  2. Bring this mixture to boil.
  3. Cut the stems off the peppers and remove the seeds.
  4. Stuff the hamburger into the pepper until it is full.
  5. Make meat balls with any left over hamburger.
  6. Place the meat balls and stuffed peppers into the tomatoe soup.
  7. Simmer covered until the peppers are tender.
  8. Serve in a bowl like a soup.
