Stuffed and Wrapped Figs

Ingredients
- 6 fresh figs
- 12 slices ricotta salata
- 6 slices prosciutto
- fresh ground pepper
- balsamic vinegar
Directions
- cut the tops off the figs and cut almost through with an "X".
- stuff the pieces of cheese into the grooves.
- wrap with a piece of proscutto.
- crack a little black pepper on top
- pour some balsalmic vinegar on top.
