Stroganoff Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup beer
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, slivered
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs flank steaks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups onions, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup mushroom, sliced
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 12 slices French bread
Directions
- Combine beer, oil, salt , garlic and pepper in large bowl. Add meat and marinate covered, overnight.
- Drain meat. Grill or broil meat till desired amount of doneness.
- In medium saucepan, melt butter with paprika and salt. Add onions and mushrooms, cook until onions are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and horseradish.
- Slice meat into thin strips. Lightly toast bread.
- Place meat over toast, cover with sour cream sauce. sprinkle with paprika.
