String Cheese Meatloaf

  1. in bowl, combine 1/2 c spaghetti sauce, egg, bread crumbs, galric and rosemary.
  2. Crumble meat over mixture and mix well.
  3. Presss half into greased 8x4x2" loaf pan.
  4. Place two pieces of cheese, side by side, near one end of loaf.
  5. Cut the remaining piece of cheese in half.
  6. Place side by side on opposite end of loaf.
  7. Top with remaining meat mixture.
  8. Press down firmly to seal.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 and 1/4 to 1 and 1/2 hours or until meat is no longer pink and a meat themometer reads 160°F
  10. Drain.
  11. Drizzle with the remaining spaghetti sauce.
  12. Bake 10 minutes longer.
  13. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
