Strawberry Yeast Bread

Flavorful, light bread excellent for slathering with cream cheese or placing under the broiler with a little chunk of brie on top.

Ingredients

• 1  cup strawberry, mashed and drained slightly
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1  teaspoon  balsamic vinegar
• 2  tablespoons butter
• 2  teaspoons sugar
• 3  cups bread flour
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 2  tablespoons vital wheat gluten flour
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in the bread machine basket in the order recommended by machine manufacturer, choose a yeast bread setting such as white bread, 1.5 pound loaf, and light crust setting.
