Strawberry Vinaigrette

This was a "quick whip-up" as my husband calls it to top off a last minute salad I made. I had some strawberries around and wanted to do something different than our usual go-to being balsamic vinaigrette.

• Yields: 1 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1  cup  sliced strawberry
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup  balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
• 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon fennel seed
• 1 -2  tablespoon  agave nectar
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until well combined and smooth.
2. Use as dressing on salad or sandwich.
