Strawberry Victoria's

Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 ounce orange Curacao
- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 2 ounces sour cream
- white cake, pound cake or angel food cake
- whipped topping
- coconut (optional)
Directions
- De-stem and quarter berries in a bowl. Add the sugar and curacao and mix together slightly. Let sit for 1-2 hours. In a separate bowl mix together the marscarpone cheese and sour cream. Gently fold the cheese mixture into the berries.
- Cut a small portion of the cake into a bowl or nice glassware and spoon berry mixture over cake. Garnish with whipped topping and sprinkle of coconut.
