Rise & Shine Strawberry Smoothie

Serves: 4

Yields: 4 glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  whole frozen strawberries
  • 1  cup  frozen mango chunks
  • 1  cup  frozen pineapple tidbits
  • 12 cup  orange juice
  • 1 12 cups  rice milk
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 1  tablespoon  liquid  vitamin (optional)

Directions

  1. In blender, mix together vitamins and orange juice so that the vitamins will be evenly distributed.
  2. Add frozen fruit, rice milk and water.
  3. Blend together until smooth.
