Strawberry Spinach Salad

Try this salad with my Raspberry Vinegarette Dressing (Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing).

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1  bunch fresh spinach (washed, dried, and cut)
• 1  small red onion, finely chopped
• 1  pint fresh strawberries, sliced
• 2  avocados, diced
• 1⁄4 cup pine nuts

Directions

1. Mix all Ingredients together in a salad bowl.
2. You may add more strawberries and advocados if you like. Onions are optional.
