Ingredients
- 1 quart strawberry, rinsed and hulled
- 4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup sugar
Directions
- Place strawberries and rhubarb in a microwave proof bowl large enough to hold them.
- Sprinkle fruit with sugar and toss to coat evenly.
- Microwave on high for 20 minutes.
