  1. Combine first 7 ingredients into blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Cut fat from chicken, pour marinade over chicken, refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
  3. coat grill with cooking spray and preheat 5 minutes (for indoor grill).
  4. Cook chicken for 5 to 7 minutes (or grill as desired on an outdoor grill).
