Strawberry Lassi

Similar to a couple already on the site. This one has honey and Greek yogurt tho so I want to post it. I found this on a blog http://komalinunna.blogspot.com/2010/04/strawberry-lassi.html while looking for new things to do with my strawberries. Icy refreshing yummines!

Ingredients

• 1  lb strawberry, chopped
• 1  cup  Greek yogurt
• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom powder
• 1  cup  ice, crushed

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until frothy and well-blended. Serve immediately.
