Strawberry Glaze

You can use this glaze with strawberry pie or other fruit dessert. I use it to go with my fruit pizza when all I'm using is strawberries for the top. I've lightened it up with splenda. You can use real sugar.

• Serves: 8-10
• Yields: 1 pizza or pie recipe

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons cornstarch
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
• 1 3⁄4 cups water

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Cool a little and pour over dessert.
