Strawberry Fruit Dip

Serve this super-easy dip in a small dish surrounded by rows of sliced nectarines, star fruit, whole strawberries and pineapple chunks. An easy trick to keep the nectarines from turning brown is to brush them with lemon or orange juice. I found this recipe in a magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping. Show more

Directions

  1. Place strawberries in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, or process, until smooth; pour into medium bowl. Stir in spreadable fruit.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour until chilled.
  3. Serve with cut-up fresh fruit.
