Strawberry Dressing

Adapted from Bon Appetit this is a slightly sweet dressing that is good on spinach salad.

• Ready In: 5 mins
• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1  cup  sliced strawberry
• 1⁄2 cup  vegetable oil
• 3  tablespoons  white balsamic vinegar
• 2  tablespoons sugar
•  fresh ground pepper

Directions

1. Place ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
