Strawberry Delight

I like making this in the summer. It is so simple and a light dessert to serve. I also have served it over ice cream.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 2  cups fresh strawberries, hulled
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1  cup  whipping cream, whipped
• 4  fresh strawberries (to garnish)

Directions

1. Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture.
2. Spoon into individual serving bowls.
3. Garnish, if desired.
4. Serve immediately, or chill for 1 hour.
