Strawberry Crinkle Cookies

My kids always liked to make and eat these!!

• Yields: 40 cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box  strawberry cake mix
• 1⁄2 cup  oil
• 2  tablespoons water
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄3 cup  dried strawberries, chopped (optional)
• 1⁄4 cup sugar, for dipping tops of cookies (optional)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Chill the dough about 1 hour to make it easier to handle.
3. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls,dip top of ball in sugar.
4. Place on a slightly greased cookie sheet,sugar side up, 2 inches apart.
5. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.
