Strawberry-Citrus Smoothie

A smoothie made with low-fat yogurt and fruit. I use non-fat, no sugar added yogurt, which makes this good for diabetics. Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired. Show more

Ingredients

  • 1  cup frozen strawberries, partially thawed
  • 1  large banana
  • 1  cup  orange juice
  • 8  ounces  no-sugar-added nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1  tablespoon lime juice
  • 4  ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
