Strawberry Chicken Salad

I usually use boneless skinless chicken. I find it's easier to work with, for myself.

Ready In: 30 mins

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1  large  cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 12 cups  diced strawberries
  • 34 cup  reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2  green onions, chopped fairly fine
  •  salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook Chicken until done,.
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Refriderate 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with Whole wheat crackers or bread.
