Strawberry Cake

This is one of my favorite desserts and a requirement on my birthday every year. Hint, hint! The frozen strawberries give the cake a much more natural strawberry taste than any box strawberry cake recipe.

• Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

• 18  ounces  white cake mix (1 package)
• 3  ounces strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert (1 small package)
• 3  tablespoons flour
• 4  eggs
• 1  cup  cooking oil
• 10  ounces frozen strawberries
•  strawberry frosting
• 1⁄2 cup  melted margarine, and cooled
• 1  lb powdered sugar
• 10  ounces frozen strawberries

Directions

1. Preheat over at 350 degrees.
2. Mix together all cake ingredients and pour batter in 9 x 13” cake pan.
3. Bake cake for 45 minutes.
