Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup mashed strawberry (frozen or fresh)
- 4 eggs
- icing
- 1⁄2 cup margarine or 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup mashed strawberry
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Directions
- Put into mixing bowl cake mix, flour and gelatin. blend well. Add oil, water and strawberries. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Pour batter into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
- Icing.
- Combine ingredients, beat until consistency to spread.
- Put holes in cake with fork while warm. Spread icing over cake while warm making sure to get along inside of pan around edges of cake.
