Strawberry Butter

Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1⁄2 lb butter or 1⁄2 lb margarine, softened
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute or 1⁄2 cup sugar
Directions
- Clean, rinse, hull strawberries and place into a medium sized food processor. Add splenda or sugar and blend until fairly smooth. Add butter or margarine and blend until you reach a creamy consistency. Place into glass dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill.
