Strawberry Butter

So yummy on biscuits or toast and makes a nice gift in a quick pinch

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter (room temp)
• 12  ounces  strawberry preserves (1 jar)
• 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

1. Allow butter to come to room temperature.
2. Combine butter,preserves and powdered sugar with hand mixer.
3. Allow flavors to combine overnight.
4. Makes 6 4oz canning jars for gift giving.
