Strawberry and Chocolate Cream Filling for Cakes

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add mascarpone cheese and liqueur.
  3. Beat egg whites till stiff in another bowl.
  4. Fold them into mascarpone mixture.
  5. Add strwberries and chocolate.
  6. Spread onto cake layers.
  7. Makes enough for a 3 layer cake.
