Strawberries in Orange Juice

very simple and very French - delicious and refreshing!

• Serves: 4-8

Ingredients

• 2  lbs strawberries
• 1⁄2 cup sugar (or to taste)
• 3  oranges, juice of

Directions

1. Wash the strawberries quickly without letting them soak.
2. Remove the stems.
3. Place the berries whole into the dish in which they are to be served.
4. Sprinkle generously with sugar and pour over the orange juice.
5. Leave to macerate, covered, in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
