Stove Top Pinto Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
Directions
- in a skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium until meat is no longer pink.
- drain.
- add the beans, tomatoes, salt and mustard.
- mix well.
- simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes or until thickened.
