  1. Boil noodles and drain.
  2. While boiling, melt butter in saucepan on low -medium slowly add the flour well continuously stirring .
  3. Slowly add the milk will continuously stirring.
  4. Add the Cheeses, salt and white pepper, Increase heat to medium while continuously stirring until all cheese is melted. .
  5. Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes. Poor over noodles and mix well.
