Stone Jug Piquant Dressing

A delicious salad dressing as well as a nice ingredient for main dishes that call for salad dressing in the recipe.

• Yields: 1 quarts

Ingredients

• 1  cup cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1  cup  oil
• 1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 2  large garlic cloves, split

Directions

1. Using large sauce pan, boil vinegar and sugar together for 1 minute.
2. Add remaining ingreidents.
3. Mix well.
4. Put into glass jar with lid.
5. Refrigerate to cool and store.
6. Keep away from metal.
