Stir'n'dine Couscous

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup couscous
- 19 ounces lentils, drained and rinsed
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the butter and salt.
- Stir in the couscous.
- Cover and let sit 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- Stir the remaining ingredients into the hot couscous.
