Stir-Fried Spicy Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1⁄2 bunch spring onion
- 450 g mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon stock
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons oil
Directions
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat and add the oil. When smoking, add the garlic, ginger, and spring onions and stir-fry for about 20 seconds, then add the mushrooms. After 30 seconds, add the remaining ingredients, except for the sesame oil, and season. Stir-fry for 5 more minutes until the mushrooms are cooked, then stir in the oil.
