Stir-Fried Shrimp With Garlic

Yields: 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 lbs large shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- lemon wedge, as needed
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the shrimp and stir fry quickly until beginning to turn pink, about 1-2 minutes. Toss in butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook, stirring constantly for another 3-4 minutes. Garnish with lemon and serve.
