Stir-Fried Chicken With Honey

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 450 g chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Mix the honey, soy sauce, brandy, chilli powder and sesame seeds in a jug.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat and stir fry chicken for 5 minutes or until brown all over. Pour the honey mixture into the wok and continue to stir fry for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Served over steamed rice, egg noodles or pasta.
