Stir-Fried Chicken With Honey

Bite size pieces of chicken in a sweet and spicy sauce.

  1. Mix the honey, soy sauce, brandy, chilli powder and sesame seeds in a jug.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat and stir fry chicken for 5 minutes or until brown all over. Pour the honey mixture into the wok and continue to stir fry for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  4. Served over steamed rice, egg noodles or pasta.
